Kathryn Conroy is a senior government relations strategist with more than 20 years experience advising the highest levels of government, industry and the corporate sector.
She served as a Ministerial Press Secretary in the Rudd Government and as a Senior Policy Adviser to the ACT Labor Government and has held senior roles within both the Queensland and ACT public services. Kathryn also headed up communications and marketing teams in the ACT Government, bringing a strong foundation in strategic messaging, public engagement and reputation management.
Kathryn has led and been part of government relations teams in corporate Australia, giving her a clear understanding of the commercial imperatives and regulatory challenges facing business. She works with clients to align government engagement with business objectives—helping shape policy, reduce risk, and unlock opportunities.

Kathryn is known for her deep relationships across the Albanese Labor Government. She has worked on two successful federal and territory election campaigns and brings a nuanced understanding of the political and policy landscape nationally.
